Quality Control

Kianova Pharmaceuticals maintains an independent Quality Control (QC) Department supervised by experienced professionals and certified experts. Our QC laboratory monitors every aspect of product quality, stability, and compliance ensuring that only the best reaches our customers.

All raw materials, packaging components, and finished formulations undergo rigorous analytical and microbiological testing before approval. Our QC laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments, including:

  • High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
  • Gas Chromatography (GC)
  • UV–VIS Spectrophotometer
  • pH and Stability Chambers
  • Microbiological Testing Units

Our QC team performs:

  • Analytical testing of raw materials and finished products.
  • In-process checks and environmental monitoring.
  • Validation of critical parameters such as pH, density, solubility, microbial limits, and potency.
  • Random sampling and batch verification to ensure product uniformity.

Every product batch must successfully pass terminal inspection and release protocols before distribution. For Kianova, a product rejected in the factory is simply part of improvement but a product that fails in the market is unacceptable.

Quality Assurance

The Quality Assurance (QA) Department at Kianova ensures that every process aligns with international standards and GMP guidelines. Detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are defined and followed at each stage from raw material procurement to manufacturing, packaging, and final dispatch.

Our QA team conducts:
